Lambton Capital Partners was founded by Ben Grant — a career B2B operator who spent eight years in the trenches of commercial sales, closing over 100 contracts and helping generate more than £12M in revenue across the UK energy sector.

After years of making other people’s businesses more profitable, Ben founded Lambton to acquire and grow businesses directly. The firm combines old-school operational fundamentals — sales, systems, team building — with modern AI and automation to unlock growth that traditional operators miss.

We’re based in the North East of England, acquiring across the UK. The name Lambton comes from the legend of the Lambton Worm — a story of courage and ingenuity from Sunderland, where we’re proud to call home.
